Use the guidelines below to complete the following fields.
1. All items indicated with an asterix(*) are compulsory fields to complete.
2. Confirm your user name on the email confirmation of your registration.
3. The E-mail address must be the same as captured during the registration process.
4. The activation reference can be found on the E-mail confirmation of your registration.
5. The password must have a minimum of 8 characters. Case sensitive.
6. The password must consist of an UPPERCASE, lowercase and numeric character.
7. Access Code provided in the box must be input in the “Re-enter Access Code” field.
